  • How does the warranty work?
    F.Martie is committed to quality, and we offer a one-year warranty. Please use the contact us form or send an email to with order information, product pictures, and the issue encountered. We will repair damages resulting in manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. If general wear has altered the bags’ appearance, we suggest visiting a leather care professional.
  • What countries do you delivery?
    We currently deliver our handbags only in the United States. However, we may expand to other countries soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on future shipping locations.
  • Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
    F•Martie is a brand new label, and as part of our philosophy, it is essential for us to keep small quantities and low prices. As we currently only sell online, we do not have a physical store yet.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    All the orders are processed immediately after being placed, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order once it is in the system. However, feel free to contact us if you made a mistake and wish to proceed with a cancellation, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please be reminded that you can always return a purchased item within 30 days.
  • I just placed an order; when will it ship to me?
    If you placed your order before noon, it would ship the same day. We try to ship every order on the same day if it is not too late for the couriers to pick it up. Please be advised that orders placed on Sundays and Saturdays may ship on Monday.
  • Can I exchange a product?
    We are not able to exchange products as of now. If you wish to receive a different item, kindly proceed with a return, and place a new order through the website.
  • The bag has some variations in leather color and in the stitching. Is that normal?
    Please note that every bag is artisanal made in Italy, and some variations are not to be considered as imperfections but unique traits of the products. The leather used is natural, and color differences are a characteristic of this genuine material.
  • Will the bag show scratching?
    We use high-quality leather, and we partner with a great Italian manufacturer to make sure your bags will last for a long time. With that considered, it is normal for used products to show minor scratches caused by normal wear and tear over time. Please note that smaller fraying to the bag’s straps may occur since the leather used is artisanal treated and is a natural material. Please use your products with care to prevent damages.
